The machine is designed with pantograph type arms, which keeps the hinge points of all the arms parallel to the line of the tracing roller and the torch, thus providing a direct line guiding system This is simplest and one of the most accurate magnetic tracing system, which helps in maintaining repeatability of the flame cut parts.
Cutting a 2000mm dia Shape with template on central Shaft Cutting Area Capacity 700 mm to 2000 mm dia	The precision ball and needle bearing design of hinges ensure free and frictionless tracing, hence enabling greater cutting accuracy. Mini Ostrich is primarily meant for cutting different shapes such as stars, hexagons, squares, rectangles, circles, triangles etc. It can also cut straight lines up to 2000 mm in length. It can cut plates up to 150-mm thickness.
Cutting a 750mm dia Circle with template on central Shaft Cutting Area Capacity 700 mm to 2000 mm dia	The basic system of machine enables the torch to duplicate any intricate shape provided on a template on the machine. The carriage arm consist of a motor driven Magnetic Tracing Head, the cutting torch travels round the template duplicating the exact shape of the template. The speed of the machine can be varied with an indexed selector knob. The tracing head can be moved in clockwise or anticlockwise direction by a selector switch.
Setting to cut a 200mm dia Shape with template on front template holder Cutting Area Capacity 30 mm to 740 mm dia	The use of Mini Ostrich are almost unlimited because of the accuracy with which metal templates can be made easily and repeatability of shapes obtained. The machine can also be supplied with 110V/60Hzs , as well as with either NM or Victor torch system The torch holder to suit your plasma cutting torch can be supplied as an optional attachment.
